Floral Cotton Dress

Sold – $45

Estimated size – Large
Maker – Good Morning Frocks
Era – 1930s
Fabric Content – Semi-Sheer Cotton Voile
Care –
Closure – 2 non-working Mother of Pearl Buttons at bodice. No additional opening at waist, please be sure waist measurement will fit over your shoulders
Condition – As with many dresses from this period, the dress has been worn often, and most likely passed along through the family. Consequently, it shows signs of age and wear. There was significant damage to the fabric at the bottom of the skirt, which I cut away and re-hemmed. 2 small slits in the fabric have been sneakily patched. There is a small area at the front bodice that is starting to shred and I’ll include a small piece of fabric should it needed to be mended in the future. Scattered areas of faint brownish discoloration through dress, difficult to notice due to the colors of the pattern. Each sleeve has had one of its seam let out for ease of movement. There is also a seam at front skirt that has been let out.
